Designed to prepare you to pursue your Oregon Preliminary Teaching License, the Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) program at Warner Pacific University Online gives you the classroom management, student engagement strategy, and assessment development skills you need to excel in P-12 environments and beyond.
The MAT is built to be flexible for working professionals, offering online coursework you can complete in as few as 22 months, or just over seven months with our in-person summer immersion program. During your time in the program, you’ll have the opportunity to choose a focus area — Early Childhood/Elementary or Middle/High School — and complete a student teaching experience.
